The Delivered Fuel Oil Will Be Measured By The Readings Of A Certified Fuel Meter Installed On The Tanker Truck Delivering The Oil In The Presence Of An Employee Authorized By The Ordering Party. 5. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Fuel Oil To The Ordering Party, Loading, Transport Of The Oil To Its Destination, And Unloading Of The Oil. 6. The Order Will Be Completed Using The Contractors Own Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Quantity Of Imported Oil, As Well As To Test The Quality Of The Imported Oil.
