It Is Concluded At Mixed Prices And Is Executed, For Its Fixed Price Part, Upon Notification Of The Framework Agreement, And, For Its Unit Price Part, It Is Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued. It Is Concluded Without Commitment On The Minimum Amount And With Commitment On The Maximum Amount Set, Over Its Overall Duration, At €487,500 Excluding Tax, In Accordance With Articles R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6 Of The Public Procurement Code.
