In Order To Improve The Efficiency Of The Beneficiarys Activity, An Inter-Institutional, Interconnected And Interoperable It Solution Will Be Implemented, A Commercial Product Available To The Provider At The Time Of The Submission Of The Offer, Thereby Understanding An Architecture Distributed By Different Instances Based On A Common Core, Each Instance Being Able To Ensure The Governance Specific To The Particular Functional Context And To Act Interconnected And Interoperable With All The Others, Benefiting From Its Own Tools And Work Interfaces. The Implementation Of An Erdp Type It Solution (Electronic Registered Delivery Platform) Is Required, Which Includes (1) Subscription Component/Licensing Services Access To The Saas Cloud Solution For The Digitization Of Processes And The Relationship With Third Parties, A Commercial Product Available To The Provider At The Time Of Submitting The Offer That Natively Includes The Hosting Infrastructure, Security And Functional Updates, As Well As Standard Technical Support; (2) Parameterization Service Component (Customization) Of The Saas Solution To The Needs Of The General Directorate Of Social Assistance And Child Protection Mehedinți And Its Subordinates In Relation To Administrative Processes And Specific Electronic Services (Including Installation And Commissioning); And (3) Personnel Training Services Component, Including For Cybersecurity, Including For Cybersecurity. The Solution Will Include A Secure Collaborative Work Environment That Will Allow And Facilitate: • Digitization Of Specific And Institutional Internal Flows (Support) / Digitization Of Processes; • Digitization Of The Interaction With Third Parties (By Third Parties We Mean Different Entities With Which The General Directorate Of Social Assistance And Child Protection Mehedinți Comes Into Contact: Citizens, Commercial Companies, Institutions, Etc.); • Preparing The System For Interoperability With Other Institutions/Units (Data Integration/Consolidation And Replication). The Duration Of The Contract Is 9 Months, Representing The Duration Of The Performance By The Contractor Of All Activities Within The Scope Of The Contract, As They Are Summarized In The Specifications, In The Chapter Results To Be Obtained Following The Provision Of Services.
