Gamma Cameras – Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Maintenance Of A Spect-Ct Type Gamma Camera Diagnostic Device. The Nuclear Medicine Department Of The Citadelle Hospital (C.H.R. De La Citadelle) Is A Flagship Service In The Liège Area Which Wishes To Maintain An Optimal Offer For Patient Care With High-Quality Equipment. The Main Purpose Of Purchasing This Type Of Camera (A Spect-Ct) Is Essentially To Renew Part Of The Current Fleet (Replacement Of Two Cameras That Have Become Obsolete [1 Head And 2 Heads] Without Ct) In Order To Maintain But Also To Improve Our Classic Nuclear Medicine Activity, Non-Pet, Or Even To Increase It, By Maintaining The Quality Of Images And Protocol, While Limiting The Injected Dose (And Therefore The Dose Absorbed By The Patient) But Also The Dose Linked To Ct (Evolution Of Techniques And Reconstruction Algorithms). The Objectives Of The Investment Are Therefore To Have A High-Performance Camera In Terms Of Acquisition Speed, Image Quality (Spatial Resolution, Reduction Of Artifacts), And Optimal Energy Resolution (Simultaneous Acquisition With Several Isotopes). In Addition, The Evolution Of Nuclear Medicine Involves The Development Of Theranostics. The Expected Gamma Camera Must Be Able To Actively Participate In This Development. The System Must Also Be Coupled To A Ct-Scanner In Order To Obtain A Hybrid Spect-Ct Type Image. A Minimum Of 32 Bars Is Required For The Ct.
