Kołłątaja 13/12 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Sketch, Scope - Appendix No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Price Of The Design Documentation Does Not Exceed 5% Of The Value Of The Construction Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference.
