Event Services – Bmz Event Management - Event Agency. As Part Of Comprehensive Event Management, The Central Services To Be Provided Are The Conception, Planning, Organization, Implementation, Follow-Up, Evaluation And Documentation Of Conferences, Meetings, Trade Fairs And Exhibitions That Take Place In-House Or At External Locations Inside And/Or Outdoors In Germany. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Over The Maximum Term Of Four Years (Including The Option Of A Two-Time Extension Of One Year Each) Is Eur 5,000,000.00 Net. The Conclusion Of This Framework Agreement Does Not Give Rise To The Contractors Entitlement To A Specific Order Volume And Maximum Value, Nor To The Placement Of A Specific Number Of Individual Orders. The Decision Regarding The Respective Scope Of The Services To Be Commissioned Lies Solely At The Discretion Of The Client.
