The Central Building Management Of The City Of Lünen Intends To Award And Implement The New Construction Of Three Open All-Day Schools As A Package As Part Of A Total Contractor Model (Planning, Building). The Three New Building Projects Are The Subject Of This Project And The Planned Procurement Process. A Suitable Contractor Is Being Sought For The Planning And Structural Implementation Of The Construction Project. Based On The Tender Documents, The Contractor Must Provide All Services Required For The Turnkey Construction Of The School Extensions, Including The Design Of The Outdoor Facilities. The Aim Of This Total Contractor Model Is To Build And Provide The School Extensions On Time And Properly. When The School Extensions Are Handed Over, The Client Expects Immediately Fully Functional Buildings That Can Go Into Operation Without Any Disruptions. The Client Also Attaches Great Importance To Cost And Deadline Security. The Planning And Construction Must, Above All, Take Into Account The Schedule For The Work Within The Funding Providers Framework As Well As The Financial Framework.
