Software Programming And Consultancy Services – Learning Platform. The Municipality Of Utrecht Intends To Enter Into An Agreement Regarding The Realization And Operation Of A Learning Platform As A Saas Service As Well As Related Services Such As Connecting Back-End Applications And Services. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of Four Years And Can Be Unilaterally Extended By The Municipality For A Period Of Two Times Two Years Under The Same Conditions. The Scope Of The Project Includes The Following Components: - Providing A Learning Platform As A Saas Service: Implementing And Making Available And (Maintaining) This Application In Accordance With Agreed Kpis; - Implementing And Configuring This Standard Application In Accordance With Minimum Requirements And Offered Functionality; - Realizing The Necessary Connections With The It Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Utrecht; - Training Of Users (In Particular Management Of The Learning Platform). The Municipality Of Utrecht Estimates The Total Value Of The Assignment Over The Initial Term Of The Agreement At 1,280,000 Euros (Excluding Vat And Including Licenses And Implementation Costs). The Estimate Is Based On Estimates Of The Cost Of The Solution And The Cumulative Costs Of Management.
