Health And Social Work Services – Communication Rehabilitation Of A Person With Cerebrovascular Disorder / Couples Course. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Rehabilitation Service Organized For Individual Clients Of The National Pension Service (Kela), Communication Rehabilitation For People With Cerebrovascular Disorders, Couples Course. Communication Rehabilitation Is Implemented As Face-To-Face Rehabilitation And Accommodation At The Service Providers Office. Procurement Is Done Nationwide, Also Taking Into Account The Perspective Of Geographical Coverage. Taking Geographical Coverage Into Account Aims To Secure The Regional Service Need And The Customers Ability To Choose A Service Provider. The Procurement Areas And The Municipalities That Belong To Them Are Described In Appendix 3 Framework Arrangement And Appendix 4 Map And Municipalities Of The Request For Tenders. By Submitting A Bid To This Tender, The Bidder Undertakes To Provide The Service To Customers Who Come From All Over Finland. The Rehabilitation Is Carried Out As Discretionary Rehabilitation In Accordance With Section 12 Of The National Pension Institutions Rehabilitation Benefits And Rehabilitation Cash Benefits Act 566/2005 (Later Kkrl Or Kelas Rehabilitation Act) And As Demanding Medical Rehabilitation In Accordance With Sections 9 And 10. The Rehabilitation Of Kelas Customers Starts On January 1, 2027. Communication Rehabilitation For People With Cerebrovascular Disorders Is Intended For Clients Over 18 And Their Adult Relatives. The Client Has Moderate To Severe Aphasia As A Result Of Cerebral Circulation Disorder. The Clients Relative Participates Full-Time Together With The Client In Face-To-Face Rehabilitation. The Purpose Of Communication Rehabilitation Is To Support The Flow Of Interaction And Communication Between The Client And Loved Ones. A Client Participating In Rehabilitation Is Looking For Solutions And Relief For Everyday Challenges Caused By The Disease. In Rehabilitation, The Client Receives E.G. Information About The Disease And Self-Care, As Well As Information About The Means By Which He Can Influence His Own Ability To Function And Well-Being. In Addition To These, The Customer Receives Advice To Strengthen Their Own Resources And Life Control, As Well As Instructions On How To Act And Survive In Their Studies, Work And Everyday Life. The Rehabilitation Is Carried Out According To The Following Service Description: - Communication Rehabilitation Of A Person With Cerebrovascular Disorder / Couples Course. The Service Description Is Divided Into Two Parts, I.E. The Rehabilitation Service Part And The General Part. The Parts Are Placed In One Document One After The Other And Both Parts Have Their Own Cover Page And Table Of Contents (Appendix 1). Both Parts Of The Service Description Are Applied Simultaneously In The Implementation Of Rehabilitation Organized By Kela. The Aforementioned Service Description Is Referred To Below In This Call For Tenders As The Rehabilitation Service Description. The Rehabilitation Service Description Is Valid From January 1, 2027. The Provider Undertakes To Comply With The Rehabilitation Service Description Throughout The Contract Period. The Provider Also Undertakes To Implement Such Course Periods In Which The Remainder Of The Course Is Completed After The End Of The Contract Period.
