The Subject Of The Tender Procedure Is The Provision Of Transport Services By The Carrier To The Contracting Authority By Public Rail Passenger Transport On The Following Lines: -321 (Ostrava-Svinov - Ostrava-Vítkovice - Ostrava-Kunčice), -321 (Ostrava-Svinov - Ostrava Hl. N.), -323 (Ostrava Hl. N. - Valašské Meziříčí), -323 (Frýdlant Nad Ostravicí - Ostravice), In Accordance With The Traffic Service Plan According To Zovs And In Accordance With Other Provisions Of Zovs. If It Is Necessary To Ensure The Running Of Train Sets On Diversion Routes (E.G. Due To Lockout Activity Or Long-Term Service Interruption), The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Request The Running Of Train Sets To A Limited (Necessary) Extent On The Following Lines: -271 (Ostrava-Svinov - Hranice Na Morava), -280 (Hranice Na Morava - Valašské Meziříčí), -320 (Ostrava Hl. N. - Český Těšín), -321 (Ostrava-Kunčice - Český Těšín), -322 (Český Těšín - Frýdek-Místek). Transport Services Will Be Provided By The Carrier In The Period Immediately Following The Termination Of The Contract Or No. 02191/2022/Dsh, I.E. From The Date Of The National Change Of Jř In 12/2027, To The Day Preceding The Nationwide Change Of Jř In 12/2031, Provided That The Contract Will Be Concluded By 31/12/2026. In The Event That The Contract Is Not Concluded By 31/12/2026, The Carrier Is Obliged To Start Performance From The Beginning Of The Validity Of Jř 2028/2029, On The Condition That The Contract Is Concluded By 31/12/2027. In Such A Case, Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers Will Be Provided Until The End Of The Validity Of Jř 2030/2031, I.E. For A Period Of 3 Transport Years. If The Contract Is Not Concluded Even By 31 December 2027, The Contracting Authority Will Cancel The Bidding Process. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Invite The Supplier To Provide Services In The Period: -From The Beginning Of The Validity Of Jř 2031/2032 To The End Of The Validity Of Jř 2031/2032 (I.E. For The Period Of 1 Transport Year), Or -From The Beginning Of The Validity Of Jř 2031/2032 To The End Of The Validity Of Jř 2032/2033 (I.E. For The Period Of 2 Transport Years). See Zd For Details.
