Heavy-Duty Motor Vehicles – Delivery Of 12 Brand-New Electric Zero-Emission City Buses (Including 6 Mega Buses, Approx. 18 M Long, And 6 Maxi Buses, Approx. 12 M Long) With Option Rights.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 12 Brand-New Electric City Zero-Emission Buses (Including 6 Mega Buses With A Length Of Approx. 18 M And 6 Maxi Buses With A Length Of Approx. 12 M), Along With The Option To Purchase An Additional 10 Electric Zero-Emission Maxi Buses. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Is Included In Annex No. 4A Or 4B To The Swz And In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Buses Be Delivered In Three Deliveries Of 4 Pieces Each. The Ordering Party Will Collect The Subject Of The Agreement Within 4 Business Days From The Date Of Delivery. This Delivery Method Applies To The Basic Order. Pick-Up Will Be Done Separately For Each Bus. Based On The Acceptance Report, The Contractor Will Issue An Invoice. The Invoice Issued Must Cover Only One Bus. Manufacturer And Model Uniformity Requirement For Maxi And Mega Buses. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver All 22 Buses (Both Maxi And Mega) From One Manufacturer (One Brand). Combining Buses Of Different Brands Within An Order Is Not Allowed. The Content Of The Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Swz. In The Offer Form, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Brand And Model Of The Offered Maxi And Mega Electric Buses, Which Will Constitute The Content Of The Offer. Failure To Provide This Information Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law 1. The Contractor Whose Offer Has Been Selected Is Obliged To Provide A Security For The Proper Performance Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Security) In The Amount Of 5% Of The Total Gross Price Indicated In The Offer, Including The Option Right. The Description Of The Security Requirements Is Described In The Terms Of Reference. To Confirm That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Technical Parameters, The Ordering Party Requests The Presentation Of The Following Information And Evidence: 1) In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Must Provide The Brand And Model Of The Offered Maxi And Mega Electric Buses. This Information Will Constitute The Content Of The Offer In Accordance With Chapter Xiii Section 2 Swz; 2) Technical Report On Road Energy Consumption (Esort 2 Test) Carried Out On Vehicles Consistent With The Type Of Buses Offered, Developed According To Uitp (International Association Of Public Transport) Guidelines, With Dimensions No Smaller Than Those For The Offered Buses (Separately For The Mega And Maxi Types) And With A Battery Pack Identical Or Larger Than Those Used In The Offered Buses. The Report Should Be Prepared By An Independent, Certified Research Unit Authorized To Perform Such A Test. The Ordering Party Allows A Report Prepared According To A Procedure Equivalent To Esort 2, Provided That The Contractor Demonstrates That It Ensures Comparability And Reliability Of The Results In Terms Of Energy Consumption Measurement.
