Thus, For The Minimum Estimated Number Of Transactions, The Minimum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 140,000.00 Lei, And For The Maximum Estimated Number Of Transactions, The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 350,000.00 Lei. The Value And Amount Of Operations Of Subsequent Contracts Will Fluctuate Depending On The Evolution Of Territorial Cooperation Programs, Without Exceeding 50% Of The Value Of The Framework Agreement Per Subsequent Contract. Thus, The Estimated Quantity That Can Be The Object Of The Largest Subsequent Contract (Of A Subsequent Contract) Is 10,000 Transactions, And The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 175,000.00 Lei. The Estimated Number Of Subsequent Contracts That The Contracting Authority Intends To Award During The Framework Agreement Period Is 4 (Four), With A Validity Of 1 Year Each. The Implementation Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out By The Specialized Department That Initiated The Purchase, Which Will Appoint Responsible Persons In This Regard Upon Its Conclusion.
