With This Award Procedure, The Planning Services For The Dismantling Of The Existing Buildings And The Preparation Of The Area Are To Be Awarded To A Planning Office. The Subject Of The Award Procedure Are The Following Service Parts A-F, Whereby Service Parts A-D Are Assigned To The Area Preparation And Service Parts E-F Are Dedicated To Building Dismantling: - Service Part A: Subsoil, Hydrogeology And Contaminated Sites - Service Part B: Technical Investigation (Soil) - Service Part C: Planning Earthworks - Service Part D: Expert For Preparation And Development - Service Part E: Planning Building Dismantling - Service Part F: Expert For Building Dismantling - Service Part G: Services On An Hourly Basis The Planning Services For Preparation And Demolition Of The Building Are Closely Interlinked Locally And Require Temporal And Technical Coordination In The Construction Process, Both Within The Framework Of The Planning And Later In The Structural Implementation. The Alphabetical Order Is Not A Chronological List Or A Temporal Provision Of Services, But Is Broken Down According To Service Profiles Based On The Geotechnics Services According To Appendix 1 (To §3 Paragraph 1) Of The Hoai, The Services In The Planning Area Of Construction Site Clearance / Dismantling In Accordance With Aho No. 18 And The Services In The Planning Area Of Construction Site Clearance / Contaminated Sites In Accordance With Aho No. 8.
