The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Related To Ensuring The Operation And Support Of The Integrated Information Systems Of The Inspis Family, Modifying The User Interfaces Of These Information Systems Based On A Set Of Comprehensive Requirements Or A Defined Scope. The Scope Of Performance Also Includes The Implementation Of Such Modifications, The Creation Of User, Administrator And Developer Documentation, The Granting Of A License Enabling Further Changes And The Transfer Of The Source Codes Of Such Affected And Changed Systems. For The Purposes Of Further Specification, These Linked Services Are Summarized: A) Service 1 – Ensuring The Operation And Upgrade (Maintenance) Of Systems, Including All Their Components And Modules B) Service 2 – Providing User And Administrative Support For Systems, Including Incident Resolution Services Via Inspis Helpdesk And Providing Support Services Using A Call Center With Free Calls C) Service 3 – Ensuring Partial Modifications And Their Comprehensive Implementation D) Service 4 – Ensuring Inspis Set/Švp Upgrades
