The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Logistical Support Of A Study Visit Of A Delegation From Małopolska To Denmark In The Second Quarter Of 2026. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Ensure: A) Development Of A Study Visit Program. B) Organizing Travel For Participants Of The Study Visit From Małopolska, Including Providing Airline Tickets For A Minimum Of 10 And A Maximum Of 25 People (Kraków-Copenhagen, Copenhagen-Kraków) In The Second Quarter Of 2026. C) Accommodation And Meals For A Minimum Of 10 And A Maximum Of 25 People In Copenhagen. D) Implementation Of The Visit. E) Insurance Of The Participants Of The Visit. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As Annex No. 1 To The Public Procurement Contract. 4. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 5. The Net Value Of The Order (Excluding Goods And Services Tax) Is: Pln 239,416.67. 8. The Order Must Be Completed Within 2 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Provided That No Later Than June 30, 2026.
