It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Innovation Partnership For Real-Time Measurement And Verification Of Carbon Emissions At An Infrastructure Site. Via The Innovation Partnership, The Norwegian Railways Agency Is Looking For A Solution For The Real-Time And Automated Monitoring, Calculation And Verification Of Carbon Emissions At The Infrastructure Site. The Object Of Procurement Is Not The Finished Product, But The Development, Piloting And Implementation Of The Solution In Cooperation With The Customer. With The Help Of The Solution, It Must Be Possible To Actively And Transparently Monitor The Emission Accumulation Of The Construction Site, The Allocation Of Emissions, The Total Emissions In Relation To The Forecast, And To Identify And Verify The Effectiveness Of The Implemented Emission Reduction Measures. The Information Must Be Based On Contribution-Based, List-Of-Quantity And/Or Data Model-Based Traceable Monitoring Data, Which Enables Comparison With The Calculation Prepared In Accordance With The Low-Carbon Evaluation Method In The Design Phase And With Possible Goals Set By The Customer At The Building Component Level. The Monitoring Data Must Be Usable For Monitoring The Progress Of The Construction Site And Can Be Connected To Data Model-Based Tools And The Customers Systems. The Goal Is To Develop A Reliable, Transparent And Scalable Solution That: - Improves The Up-To-Dateness Of Emissions Data During Construction - Enables A Reliable And Consistent Separation Of Measured And Calculated Data - Supports The Customers Reporting And Control Needs The Solution Must Enable: - Monitoring And Reporting Of Actual Data And Co2 Emissions Of The Construction Phase (A1–A5) As Far As Technically Possible - Total Monitoring Of The Emissions Of The Construction Project, Including The Building Components Of The Entity Being Built Overall Management Of Material And Mass Emissions And Site Logistics (Energy Consumption And Transport), I.E. All Site-Related Emissions. - In The Monitoring Of Emissions, Data Traceability, Transparency And Documentation In Accordance With The Standards Defined By The Norwegian Railways Agency, As Well As Allocation To The Construction Site In A Traceable Way Based On A List Of Quantities And/Or A Data Model. - Compatibility With The Finnish Railways Agencys Low-Carbon Evaluation Method And Sustainable Construction Standards - Compatibility With Other Agency Systems, Such As E.G. Project Portal, Snapshot Service And With Other Systems Specified By The Customer. The Procurement Is Described In Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Attachments. For The Partner, The Project Offers The Opportunity To Participate In Product Development, Which Can Open Up New Markets And Customer Relationships. The End Result Of The Project Is A Salable Product For The Partner, Which Has A Wide Market Among Procurement Units In Finland As Well As Internationally. The Starting Point Of The Project Is That The Partner Gets The Industrial And Copyright Rights To The Solution Being Developed, Which Enable Commercialization And Further Development, And The Customer Gets A Broad Right To Use The Solution. The Arrangements For Intellectual Property Rights Are Described In More Detail In The Draft Agreement. The Procurement Unit Selects One Partner For The Development Phase. The Clients Budget For The Development Phase Is Around 150,000 Euros.
