Office, School And Office Equipment Cleaning Services – Cleaning Services Of The Premises Belonging To The Building Where The National Institute Of Statistics Operates, Framework Agreement For 20 Months. The Ins Intends To Conclude A Service Framework Agreement And Assign Subsequent Contracts With The Object Of Providing Cleaning Services In The Premises Belonging To The Building Where The National Institute Of Statistics Operates, For A Period Of 20 Months, For The Years 2026 And 2027, In Accordance With The Requirements Requested In The Specifications, So That They Benefit From Quality Cleaning Services According To The Existing Objective Needs During This Periods. The Provision Of Cleaning Services Is Requested For The Following: I. The Spaces Of The Ins Building Subject To Operations Related To Current Cleaning And General Cleaning (11,325.57 Sq M) In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Present Specifications; Ii. The Interior Spaces Of The Ins Building Subject Exclusively To Rent For Which Occasional Cleaning Services Are Requested, Depending On The Need Of The Contracting Authority (Total Of 1,347.23 Sqm) In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Present Specifications. The Related Activity Of Selective Waste Collection, Imposed By The Legislation In The Field, Through The Requirements Of Law No. 132/2010, Regarding The Selective Collection Of Waste In Public Institutions, With Subsequent Additions And Changes, Is Included In The Service. The Quantity (Number) And Estimated Duration Of The Subsequent Contracts To Be Concluded Is Detailed In Table No. 2 Of Annex No. 1 To The Specifications. Ins Will Award The Subsequent Service Contracts According To The Needs Identified During The Framework Agreement And The Availability Of The Budget Funds That Can Be Allocated For This Purpose. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded So As Not To Exceed The Limits Of A Budget Year (Not To Exceed December 31 Of Each Year). To The Extent That, Considering The Provisions Of The Legislation On Public Finances, The Funds Necessary To Be Committed By Concluding Subsequent Contracts For The Periods Mentioned Above Cannot Be Identified, Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded For Smaller Periods (One Month), Depending On The Funds That Can Be Made Available For This Purpose. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Contract The Entire Estimated Amount Of Services, And The Promising Provider Cannot Issue Any Claim In The Event That The Minimum Or Maximum Estimated Quantities Will Not Be Contracted. The Amounts Of Services (Activities) For Each Type Of Cleaning Estimated To Be Provided During The Framework Agreement And Are The Subject Of Subsequent Contracts Awarded Are Detailed In Table No. 1 Of Annex No. 2 To The Specification. Specification: I. Contracting Authority Ins Will Conclude Subsequent Contracts For The Premises Subject To Rent As Often As Necessary, Individually Or Together With The Current And General Cleaning Services For The Ins Premises, In Quantities That May Refer To Any (Either One Of The Surfaces, Two Of Them Or All Three
