Road Construction Works - Extension Of The Provincial Road No. 221 On The Section From Janków To The Kościerzyna Bypass - Section A - Section From The Town Of Jankowo To The Town Of Kolbudy, Divided Into Two Sections: - Section A1: From Km Approx. 6+585 To Km 9+850, - Section A2: From Km 9+850 To Km Approx. 14+645. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 221, Including: • Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 221 Over A Length Of Approx. 8.1 Km To Parameters Corresponding To The Expected Technical Class Of Road G (Excluded Section Of Approx. 800 M At Km 9+850 - 10+590); • Expansion/Reconstruction Of Existing Roads At Intersections With District Roads; • Reconstruction Of Existing Roads At Intersections With Municipal Roads; • Reconstruction/Construction Of Short Sections Of Access Streets Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Provincial Road No. 221; • Reconstruction And Expansion Of Engineering Facilities Along Provincial Road No. 221; • Demolition Of Existing Bridges And Construction Of New Ones; • Reconstruction Of The Railway Crossing; • Reconstruction/Construction Of The Area Drainage System, Including Road Body Drainage Devices (Road Ditches, Storm Sewage System, Pre-Treatment Devices, Retention Reservoirs); • Reconstruction Of Conflicting Devices And Networks Of Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure (Telecommunications And Energy Devices, Drainage And Hydrological Devices, Gas And Sanitary Networks); • Reconstruction/Construction Of Road Lighting; • Construction Of A Technological Channel; • Implementation Of Target Road Markings Along With Road Safety Devices; • Reconstruction/Construction Of Sidewalks; • Construction Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes; • Reconstruction Of Existing Bus Bays; • Implementation Of Road Traffic Calming Elements; • Reconstruction/Construction Of Exits; • Construction/Reconstruction Of Other Facilities, E.G. Stairs, Fences; • Greenery Management, Including Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs That Interfere With The Investment And Development Of Greenery Within The Road; • Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Conditions, Among Others: Decisions On Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project, Derogation Decisions, Decisions On Water Permits, Including, Among Others, Construction Of Environmental Protection Devices, Ensuring Appropriate Environmental Supervision; • Making And Installing Information Boards (2 Pcs.). In The Offer Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Costs Related To The Simultaneous Performance Of Construction Works On The M1 And M2 Structures, With Particular Emphasis On: A) The Costs Of Adapting And Maintaining The Detour Related To The Reconstruction Of The M-2 Structure Over The River. Radunia; The Route Of The Detour And The Conditions For Its Implementation And Maintenance Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swrpz; B) Costs Related To The Phasing Of Works On The Reconstruction Of The M-1 Facility On The Radunia Canal, Which, Due To The Need To Maintain Passability On A Given Road Section, Will Be Implemented In Half; C) Costs Related To Adapting The Work Schedule To The Deadlines Specified In The Environmental Decision, Including, Among Others: Regarding The Performance Of Works That May Lead To Turbidity Of River Waters Outside The Period From April 1 To June 30.
