Operation Of Water Supplies – Operation Of Drinking Water And Collective Sanitation Services. The Municipalities Having Decided To Transfer Their Drinking Water And Sanitation Skills, The Community Of Communes Of The Massif Du Vercors (Ccmv) Has Fully Exercised These Skills Since January 1, 2024. On The Recommendation Of The Operating Council Of The Drinking Water And Sanitation Authorities, The Community Council Approved The Choice Of Using Indirect Management For The Technical Operation, Electromechanical Interventions And Restriction Of The Drinking Water And Sanitation Services Of The Ccmv From January 1 2027. Through This Contract, The Ccmv Wishes To Entrust To A Specialized Operator: O The Operation Of Drinking Water Production And Distribution Services, O The Operation Of Wastewater Collection Services (Outside The Transport Network Covered By The Treatment Plant Operating Market). The Entrusted Operation Includes 2 Zones Corresponding To Different Levels Of Intervention: O Zone 1 - Municipalities Of Autrans-Méaudre En Vercors, Lans-En-Vercors And Villard-De-Lans: Operation Of Water And Sanitation Services; O Zone 2 - Municipalities Of Corrençon-En-Vercors, Dengins And Saint-Nizier-Du-Moucherotte: Provision Of Water And Sanitation Services. The Installations Concerned By This Contract Represent: 290 Km Of Drinking Water Networks, 42 Catchments (1.8 Million M3 Withdrawn), 53 Reservoirs, 31 Pumping Stations, 8,500 Meters, 195 Km Of Sanitation Networks, 6 Lifting Stations, 5 Storm Spillways. They Serve 12,000 Permanent Inhabitants. The Territory Is, However, Very Touristy, With 56% Of Second Homes In The Territory And Two Seasonal Peaks Of Presence Of Up To Around 40,000 People.
