Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – New Flow Heat Pump For Stadtwerke Heidelberg Umwelt Gmbh. Planning Task As Part Of Federal Funding For Efficient Heating Networks, Heidelberg Municipal Utilities Are Creating A Transformation Plan To Convert Heat Generation To Renewable Energies And To Decarbonize Their Own Heating Networks. One Component Of The Transformation Plan Is The Construction Of A River Water Heat Pump On The Neckar. The Heat Obtained From The Surface Water Of The Neckar Is To Be Fed Into The District Heating Network Of The Heidelberg Municipal Utility. In Addition To The Main Heat Generation Building In The Current Green Area Between Berliner Strasse, Vangerowstrasse And Iqbal-Ufer, The Overall Project Includes A Structure For The Extraction And Reintroduction Of Surface Water On The Left Bank Of The Neckar In The Underwater Area Of The Ernst Walz Bridge
