Subject Of The Tendered Service: As Part Of The Renovation Of The Nuremberg Crematorium, Westfriedhof, It Is Necessary To Structurally Expand The Technical Building. The Existing Crematorium Building Will Be Renovated And Converted And Expanded With The Same Eaves Height. The Expansion Will Take Place In A Westerly Direction, Thus Being As Far Away As Possible From The Historic, Listed Parts Of The Existing Building. As Part Of The Renovation Of The Oven At The Westfriedhof Crematorium (Schnieglinger Str. 147A, Nuremberg), Preparatory Landscaping And Dismantling Work On The Existing Building Will Be Necessary. The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular, The Demolition Of An Existing Wooden Outbuilding (Approx. 9.1 X 5.1 M) Including Disposal As Well As The New Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Double Garage With The Associated Foundation/Earthworks. In Addition, Earthworks And Pipeline Work (Including Pipe Trenches/Connections, Seepage Shaft) As Well As The Restoration Or Production Of Paving Areas (Including Asphalt/Edge Edging Work) Are Planned.
