Engineering Design Services – Preparation Of A Design For The Reconstruction Of The Świętosławskie Transverse To Level I. 1. Subject Of The Order. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Świętosławskie Transverses To Pos. And In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation, And Providing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Provided For In The Design Documentation. 1.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop A Technical Design For The Reconstruction Of The Świętosławskie Transverse To Pos. I, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Design, 2) Agreeing The Technical Design With The Services Of The Ordering Party And With The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Kraków Saltworks (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs), And Then Obtaining Approval Of The Agreed Technical Design By The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Mining Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), 3) Obtaining Permission From Kzkżs To Perform The Works Covered By The Technical Design - Kzkżs Operates In Accordance With The Agreement Of June 21, 2017 On Entrusting The Management Of Certain Matters Within The Competence Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Krakow (Journal Of Laws Of The Małopolska Province Of June 26, 2017, Item 4200), 4) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate And Material And Financial Schedule For The Works Covered By The Technical Design. 1.3. As Part Of The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Authors Supervision For A Maximum Of 96 Hours. 1.4. The Aim Of The Mining Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Prepared Design Documentation Will Be To Restore The Safe Functioning Of The Historic Excavation, The Deteriorating Condition Of Which Is Caused By Unfavorable Geological And Mining Conditions. 1.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Following Dates: 1) Stage I - Including The Development Of The Technical Design, Agreeing The Content Of The Technical Design With The Services Of The Ordering Party And Kzkżs, Obtaining Approval Of The Agreed Technical Design By Krzg And Obtaining Permission From Kzkżs To Perform The Works Covered By The Technical Design, 2) Stage Ii (Including The Execution Of Authors Supervision). 2. Assumptions And Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 2.1. The Design Documentation Should Cover 43 M Of The Northern Part Of The Świętosławskie Transverse At Level I Wieliczka Salt Mine To The Intersection With The Bąkle Road. 2.2. As Part Of The Development Of The Design Documentation, In Particular, The Following Should Be Envisaged: 1) Excavation Of Excavated Material In A Full Excavation With Elements Of A Destroyed Wooden Support, 2) Rock Mass Formations With A Tendency To Collapse, 3) Development Of Casters In The Ceiling Breaches, 4) Development Of A Dense Support Support With A Full Lining Of The Ceiling And Side Walls, 5) Development Of The Crossroads Świętosławskie With Access To The Head Of The Florian Shaft, 6) Development Of The Intersection Of The Świętosławskie Transverse And The Bąkle Longitudinal. 2.3. The Workings In Question Are Located In The Zali Part Of The Mine
