The testing ofpaint is done for various physical & chemical properties as per IS: 101. Thematerial is the oven backed with a controlled temperature of 180 deg. C . to 200deg . C. it is made of 0.8 mm thick CRCA steel conforming is IS : 513 Gr . D or DDits max load bearing capacity is 80 kg uniformly distributed per shelves aremounted on support bracket & shelf level can be adjusted at approx.… 25.4 pitch. There are 3 adjustable shelves per body given per body given 4 loading levels ,if bi cradle pair is provided the under carrying is a welded frame made of HRsheet 3.15 mm thick conforming to IS : 10748 suitably fabricated to take theloads based on configuration.
