Tenders are invited for Qualified and Licensed Contractors for Demolition of the Five Designated Buildings each of Three Floors Located. The National Hotels Co Ltd LLC, Ruwi, Muscat invites sealed tenders from Qualified and Licensed contractors for demolition of the Five designated buildings each of Three Floors located in the above address. The scope includes seeking all permissions from all the authorities, safe dismantling, debris removal, and site clearances in accordance with the local regulations and safety standards. Site inspection date will be scheduled with prior appointments by contacting 9288 7933 only during 11.00 AM to 12.30 PM Sunday to Thursday. Interested parties must submit the proof of experience, relevant licenses and Insurance coverages. Each tender documents will be issued on payment of OMR 50 which will specify the detailed scope of work including selling of the scrap items like, steel, Iron, Copper etc materials.
