Quotation are invited for Building Automation System Repair and Reactivation. Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Repair and reactivation, including procurement and installation, of a Building Automation System utilizing Niagara N4 and Workplace Tech 5.9.4 software at the Chancery of the United States Embassy in Abuja, located at Plot 1075, Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided in this solicitation. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows the solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although the Government reserves the right to communicate with quoters for clarification purposes. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, The pre-quotation conference will be held on March 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (local time), at the US Embassy, Abuja, Plot 1075, Diplomatic Drive, CBD, Abuja. Prospective quoters should send the names of their representatives by March 4, 2026, to process access to the building. Quotations are due by March 15, 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
