Construct Stormwater Pipes, A Dry Pond, Sidewalks And Pathways, And Replace A Watermain In The Community Of Capitol Hill.The Capitol Hill Dry Pond Community Drainage Improvement Project Is Ready For Construction. A Contractor Needs To Be Hired To Complete The Work. The Primary Work Scope Includes:New Pipe From 18 St To 17 St Along 23 Av Nw, Along 17 St To 22 Av Nw, Through The School Field, And Along 21 Av To 16 St Nw.A Dry Pond Within The Capitol Hill Elementary School Field.New Pipe Along 23 Av For Service Connection To Mitigate Stormwater Backflow Into Homes.New Pathway, Sidewalks And Road Crossings.New Super Catch Basins At 17 Av And 16 St Nw.The Work Will Mitigate Stormwater Flooding At Multiple Sites Within This Community.The Contractor Shall Be Prepared To Accommodate Working Space(S) For Other Contractors As Required And Prepare To Coordinate Work With Other Ongoing Contracts. The Design Professional Shall Discuss And Coordinate Common Working Areas During Project Coordination Meetings As Needed.This Rfp Is Open Only To Those Prequalified Parties Who Have Received Notification From The City Prior To The Submission Deadline That They Are Prequalified For Prime Contractor For Safety Status In The Following Category Or Categories: Stormwater Ponds, Wetlands (C7200107);Or Water Feedermains, Sanitary/Stormwater Sewer Trunks (C7200105); Orwaterman, Sanitary Sewer/Storm (C7200100); Or Earthworks (C7000001)The Proponents Meeting (Not Mandatory) Will Be Held At The Date And Time Stated In The Timetable At The Following Location:Virtual Via Microsoft Teams.
