The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Select And Contract One Constructor Who Is Responsible For A Structural Design For A Publicly Accessible Utility Building Sports Complex Sport Park. The Project Goal Is To Realize A Functional, Sustainable And Future-Proof Sports Complex That Facilitates Education, Recreational Sports And Swimming Sports And Also Contributes To The Experience And Identity Of The Sports Park. There Will Be A Parking Facility Underneath The Sports Complex. The Scope Of The Assignment Concerns The Creation Of A Structural Design Of The New Sports Complex. The Following Components Are Tendered Separately And Added As Disciplines To The Design Team: Architect, Installation Advice, Building Physics And Water Treatment. These Components Are An Integral Part Of The Design Assignment. The Constructor Is Responsible For The Structural Design (Vo, Do, To) And Making The Sports Complex Ready For Implementation. The Principles And Frameworks As Laid Down In The Sports Complex Program Of Requirements, Plot Passport C1, Sports Park Visual Quality Plan And Sports Park Urban Development Plan Apply. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Expand The Agreement With The Following Services: The Contractor Takes Into Account An Additional Assignment For The Structural Design Work On The Adjacent Site. This Concerns A Separate Design-Technical Elaboration That May Be Requested To Be Submitted Additionally. There Is Also The Option To Expand The Parking Garage To Two Levels.
