Improving collaborative governance of transboundary fisheries and genetic resources b) Component 2 - Improving collaborative governance of transboundary fisheries and genetic resources. This component focuses on policy harmonization and trade facilitation towards intraregional fish trade, particularly on reducing barriers to trade and aligning with AcFTA. Component activities. c) Component 3 Building climate resilience and institutional adaptability to shocks. This component focuses on building climate resilience for coastal communities and developing institutional capacity to adapt to climate shocks and stressors. It will integrate climate prediction and early warning systems for coastal ecosystems as well as blue insurance and disaster relief. and d) Component 4: Project management and coordination. The component covers project management, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure efficient and timely implementation of project activities. Activities include development of a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track project progress and assess outcomes, quarterly reporting, regular project follow ups, supervision, procurement, disbursement, audit and financial management.
