1. Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction And Mining Works In The Scope Of The Air Conditioning System In The Budryk And Lebzeltern Chambers On Level Iii Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine.2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Obtain All Maps, Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Other Documents Necessary To Develop A Construction Design, 2) Develop A Construction Design For The Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, To Which The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Design) Apply, Agree It With The Mine Services And Obtain Approval From The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine. (Krzg),3) Obtaining A Permit From The District Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works On The Basis Of A Construction Design On The Surface,4) Developing An Executive Design For Construction Works Performed Underground (Hereinafter Referred To As The Executive Design),5) Obtaining A Permit From The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Krakow Saltworks (Kzkżs) To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Underground Workings,6) Obtaining Other Necessary Consents And Permits,7) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Partys Decision Regarding The Construction Permit, 8) Preparing The Technology For Carrying Out The Works, 9) Carrying Out Construction And Mining Works To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, 10) Preparing As-Built Documentation Together With The Operating Instructions For The Air Conditioning System, 11) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Submitting A Notification Of The Completion Of Construction, 12) Conducting Training In The Operation Of The Air Conditioning System, 13) Obtaining The Krzg Permit To Put The Conditioning System Into Operation.3. Construction Design And Executive Design3.1 The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Construction And Executive Designs Based On The Functional And Utility Program Entitled Execution Of An Air Conditioning System In The Budryk And Lebzeltern Chambers On The Premises Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Developed By Mr. Janusz Pestkowski, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template. 3.2 The Construction Design Should Take Into Account The Conservation Recommendations Of The District Conservator Of Monuments In Wieliczka Of September 30, 2025, Sign: Bkz.4120.1.50.2025.Js Constituting An Annex To The Functional And Utility Program.3.3 Construction And Executive Designs. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Them In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Contract, Current Construction And Mining Knowledge, And In A Complete Manner In Terms Of The Purpose They Are To Serve.3.4 The Executive Design Will Not Include The Security Of The So-Called Roloch.3.5 The Executive Design Should Include At Least The Elements Indicated In The Annex No. 27 To The Contract Template. 3.6 The Ordering Party
