The Aim Of The Investment Is To Improve The Reliability Of The Communes Water Supply System And To Create An Inter-Zonal Power Supply System Between The Above-Mentioned. Towns. The Investment Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Rukosin - Turze Water Supply Link:• The Preliminary Route Of The Designed Network Is Planned In The Area Of Plots No.: 153/4, 166/11, 179/2, 180/2, 180/1, 181, 215, 214, 213, 212, 183/3, 183/4, 184/21, 184/22, 184/14, 184/4, 184/3, 185/1, 186/1, 187/1, 188/4, 188/6, 188/8, 189/1, 190/1, Rev. Turze And Plots No.: 48/1, 50/1, 49/1, 51/1, 52/1 And 46, Rev. Rukosin, Including Connection To The Existing Water Supply Networks In Plot No. 153/4, Rev. Turze And 46, Rev. Rukosin. The Reconstruction Of The Network On The Section From Plot No. 184/22 To Plot No. 153/4 Is Aimed At Eliminating The Worn-Out Water Supply System Made Of Asbestos-Cement Pipes. The Planned Water Supply Network Should Be Designed In Accordance With Technical Conditions No. 127/2025 Of April 11, 2025 Issued By Gtkom Sp. Z O. O. • There Is No Local Development Plan For The Plots Covered By The Investment. • The Approximate Length Of The Designed Network Is Approximately 2,400 M. B. The Ordering Partys Intention Is To Obtain/Order Such Design Documentation That Will Enable Obtaining A Building Permit/Construction Notification Together With This Permit/Notification In Accordance With Current Regulations (With A Certificate From The Staroste Of Tczew On The Lack Of Objection To The Submitted Construction Works Notification). If There Is No Need To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification, The Designer Will Submit An Appropriate Declaration Along With The Documentation.2. Form Of Development Of Design Documentation: 1) The Ordered Design Documentation Includes The Following Studies, Which Are The Subject Of The Order: A) A Current Map For Design Purposes Of The Area Covered By The Task At A Scale Of 1:1000 Or 1:500 - (Paper Version - Carbon Copy Or Electronic Version With Licenses, Plus Pdf Format), B) Obtaining A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Consent To Implement The Project (If Required), C) Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Or A Certificate From The Starosta Tczewskiego About The Lack Of Objection To The Submitted Construction Application, D) Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, E) Obtaining A Water-Legal Decision (If Required), F) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Specific Regulations (Including A Declaration Of The Right To Use The Land For Construction Purposes - On The Forms Of The District Office In Tczew), G) Geotechnical Research Of The Soil, Geotechnical Opinion (If Required), H) Developme
