1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Adaptation Of Toilets To The Needs Of People With Disabilities At The Father Jan Twardowski Primary School No. 1 In Lubartów And Execution Of All Construction Works In Accordance With The Prepared And Approved Design Documentation.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Existing Toilets On Three Floors Of The School Building - In One Vertical, With Adaptation To The Needs Of People With Disabilities On Each Floor, In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design. The Detailed Scope Of Design Works Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program; B) Execution Of Construction Works According To The Developed Design Documentation In The Following Industries: - General Construction: Demolition Works, Construction Of Partition Walls And Installation Of Doors, Flooring And Cladding Works, Painting Works; - Sanitary: Replacement Of Water And Sewage Pipelines With Approaches, Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment; - Electrical: Replacement Of Cabling And Electrical Equipment.3) As Part Of The Implementation Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop Design Documentation Including Its Approval, B) Obtain All Required Arrangements, Technical Opinions, Expert Opinions, Decisions And Technical Tests Necessary To Approve The Project, Including The Opinion Of Lwkz, If Required, C) Develop An Executive Design (Type Of Materials, Technical Parameters, Etc.), D) Develop Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, E) Develop Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, F) Submit The Developed Design Documentation To The Ordering Party For Final Approval Version, G) Ongoing Coordination Of Design Studies With The Ordering Party, H) Transfer Of Copyrights To The Ordering Party, I) Obtaining A Notification Or Building Permit From The District Office In Lubartów, J) Taking Over The Construction Site From The Ordering Party, K) Carrying Out Construction Works On The Basis Of Developed And Approved Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Specification Of The Terms Of Order And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Construction Using Materials And Equipment Provided By The Contractor, L) Carrying Out Auxiliary, Preparatory And Cleaning Works And Repairing Any Damage, M) Ensuring The Supervision Of The Construction Manager And Authors Supervision By Persons With The Required Construction Qualifications, N) Keeping Construction Documentation, O) Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Lubartów And Obtaining A Certificate From Pinb In Lubartów On Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works, If Applicable. 4) Ordering Party Allows Work To Be Carried Out On An Active Facility, Provided That The Safety Of Students And School Employ
