The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Heat And Hot Water Supply System In Three Public Buildings Located At Ul. Hallera In Chełmża, I.E.:• In The Building Of The Primary School No. 2 (Task/Part No. 1),• In The Building Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center (Task/Part No. 2),• In The Building Of The Osit Sports And Entertainment Hall (Task/Part No. 3). The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Liquidation Of Existing Heat Sources And Transmission Installations Characterized By High Energy Losses, And Then The Construction Of Modern, Decentralized Heat Sources In In The Form Of Local Condensing Gas Boiler Rooms And Systems Based On Air Heat Pumps, Along With An Energy Management System. The Order Covers The Performance Of All Works, Supplies And Services Necessary To Achieve The Expected Functional, Utility And Aesthetic Effect, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Part/Task No. 1: Primary School No. 2: The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: • Dismantling The Existing Gas Boiler Room (Three Boilers With A Total Power Of 500 Kw) Together With Fittings And Pipelines In The Technical Room, • Removal Of Connections To The Transmission System, Including Sections Running Underground And Inside The Building, • Construction Of A New Gas Boiler Room With A Cascade Of Two Condensing Gas Boilers With A Capacity Of 2 × 29.5 Kw, • Installation Of Three Monoblock Air Heat Pumps (T-Cap), Each With A Capacity Of 30 Kw, Operating In A Cascade System, Along With The Construction Of Foundations And Development Of The Assembly Area, • Modernization Of Internal Central Heating Installations.
