The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Drainage Devices On District Roads In The Legionowo District, Consisting Of Their Year-Round Cleaning In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Scope Of Cleaning Services Includes: 1) Cleaning Of The Absorption Well, 2) Cleaning Of The Street Inlet, 3) Cleaning Of The Sidewalk Drainage Channel, 4) Cleaning Of The Separator And Settling Tank, 5) Cleaning Of The Linear Drainage, 6) Vertical Adjustment Of The Absorption Well Manhole, 7) Vertical Adjustment Of The Absorption Well Manhole With Replacement Of The Well Plate Or Ring, 8) Vertical Adjustment Of The Sewage Grate, 9) Vertical Adjustment Of The Sewage Grate And Its Replacement.2. The List Of District Roads In The Legionowo District Covered By Cleaning Services Is Attached To Swz.3. The Expected Quantities Of Drainage Devices To Be Cleaned Are As Follows: 1) Cleaning Of The Absorption Well - 400 Pcs., 2) Cleaning Of The Street Inlet - 2,100 Pcs., 3) Cleaning Of The Sidewalk Drainage Channel - 300 Pcs., 4) Cleaning Of The Separator With The Settling Tank - 300 Pcs., 5) Cleaning Of The Linear Drainage - 2,200 M, 6) Vertical Regulation Absorption Well Manhole - 10 Pcs.,7) Vertical Adjustment Of The Absorbent Well Manhole With Replacement Of The Well Plate Or Ring - 2 Pcs.,8) Vertical Adjustment Of The Sewage Grate - 8 Pcs.,9) Vertical Adjustment Of The Sewage Grate With Its Replacement - 2 Pcs. 4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Estimated Areas To Be Renovated Given Above Are Only Used To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous One. Offers. The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Concludes A Contract Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Execution Of The Order In The Specified Areas. However, The Ordering Party Stipulates That It Will Complete 90% Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Order Cleaning Of Drainage Devices And Adjustments, Specifying The Scope, Technology And Implementation Deadlines.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Following Forms Of Submitting Orders To The Contractor: Written, Fax, E-Mail, Telephone.7. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Marked In Accordance With The Approved Traffic Organization Diagrams Constituting An Annex To Swz.8. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Service Area (Road Sections Specified In Individual Orders) In Orders Specifying The Scope Of Services.9. The Contractor Will Take Over The Service Area (Road Sections Specified In Individual Orders) - The Taking Over Of The Service Area Is Deemed To Be The Signing Of An Order To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Road Sections Covered By Cleaning Of Drainage Devices And Regulation In A Given Order.10. The Contractor Will Secure And Mark The Places Where Services Are Performed In Accordance With Approved Traffic Organization Diagrams For The Duration Of Their Perfo
