1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Jordanów Garden At Ul. Bardos, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Proceedings And Order Is An Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Playground At Ul. Bardosa, On Plot No. 504, District 46, Unit Registry Nowa Huta, Based On The Attached Design Documentation Entitled: Construction Of Small Architecture Objects In A Public Space (Play And Municipal Equipment), On Plot No. 504, Areas 46, Register Unit Nowa Huta In Kraków, By Perspektywa Pracownia Projektowa Sp. Z O. O.1.3 As Part Of This Order, In Particular, The Following Should Be Performed: Dismantling Of Selected Existing Playground And Municipal Equipment, As Well As Dismantling Of Selected Surfaces Under The Playground Equipment. Retrofitting The Jordan Garden With New Playground And Communal Equipment, Constructing An Appropriate Safe Surface Under The Equipment: Epdm, Sand Or Grass/Turf, Constructing A Cellular Geogrid Surface Under Benches And Bicycle Racks, Constructing An Access Path In The Form Of A Pedestrian Path In The Surface Of Type 2T Concrete Cubes. Construction Of A Gate And A Technical Span Enabling Entry To The Playground Area. Clean And Wash The Existing Sandbox And Baskets. Clean The Existing 4-Seat Chess Table And Impregnate It With Colorless Concrete Paint. The Existing Concrete Pavement Should Be Cleaned Of Moss And Lichen, Impregnated And Filled With Sand.
