1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Involving The Development Of The Park At Chałupnicza Street. The Scope Of Work Includes Tidying Up And Fencing The Area, Construction Of Pedestrian Routes, Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Construction Of Wooden Bridges, Works Related To The Establishment Of Greenery, Hereinafter Referred To As Gardening Works, And Provision Of Warranty Greenery Maintenance Services. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Develop Parts Of Plots With Registration Numbers: Plots No. 7/5, 11, 12/2, 6/39, 13 Ar-24, District: Swojczyce, Plot No. 1/1, 1/2 Ar-23, District: Swojczyce In Wrocław. The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Park At Ul. Chałupnicza Dragon Forest In Wrocław Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program (Feds) And The State Budget From National Funds.
