1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Construction Inspections Of Facilities Managed By The Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers In 2026.2. Construction Inspections Will Be Carried Out Pursuant To Art. 62 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law.3. This Order Covers Annual, Five-Year, Electrical And Electrical Building Inspections, As Well As Inspections Of Large-Scale Facilities, Along With Inspection Of Chimney Ducts (Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation), Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law. The List Of Facilities Covered By The Order And The Type Of Inspections Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To Swz.4. In The Case Of Large-Scale Facilities, The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Construction Supervision Authority About The Inspection. For Some Facilities, The Ordering Party Also Requires Other Inspections, Which Are Indicated In Annex 8 To Swz.5. Annex No. 8 Was Prepared Based On The Currently Established And Maintained Facility Books. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Always Indicate For Which Facilities The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Keep Books And For Which There Is No Such Need. In Annex No. 8, The Ordering Party Indicated The Inspections That The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform.6. The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Directed To Carry Out Inspections Have Appropriate Qualifications, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, Including Construction Law.7. The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
