The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Replacement Of Load-Bearing Chains (Step) In The S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 And S6 Escalators Located In The Main Building Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice (Ms Gg) And The Delivery And Assembly Of Selected Elements Of The 79 1 Passenger Elevator On The Observation Tower Of The Warsaw Shaft, In The Silesian Museum In Katowice At Ul. T. Dobrowolskiego 1. The Order Includes: 1) For The 79-1 Passenger Lift, Installed On The Observation Tower Of The Warsaw Shaft - Delivery And Replacement Of The Following Damaged Elements With Brand New Ones: A) Hydraulic Bumpers - 3 Pcs., B) Speed Limiter - 1 Pc., C) Roller Wheels (Cabin - 2 Pcs., Counterweight - 2 Pcs.) - A Total Of 4 Pcs., D) Inverter - 1 Pcs.,E) Supporting Ropes - 576 M,F) Cabin Sliders - 4 Pcs.;2) For Escalators S1–S6 - Delivery Of Brand New Load-Bearing Chains (Step) With Crossbars And Replacement Of Worn-Out Chains, Their Adjustment In The Existing Escalators For 6 Flights Of Stairs;3) Performance Of All Activities Necessary For The Proper And Safe Activation Of The Devices After The Replacement. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within The Following Deadlines: 1) In The Scope Of The Basic Order, I.E. Delivery With Replacement Of Parts For The 79-1 Passenger Lift On The Observation Tower Of The Warsaw Shaft - Up To 2 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Stage 1; 2) In The Scope Of The Order Options, I.E. Delivery With Replacement Of Load-Bearing Chains For 6 Escalator Flights - Up To 3 Months From The Date Of Submission By The Ordering Party Of The Declaration Of Implementation In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 1 Section 4 Points 4) And 5) Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Stage 2. After Completing Stage 1 And Stage 2, Respectively, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Inspections By The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt) For Each Sequence Of Escalators And The 79-1 Passenger Lift. The Fees For The Post-Replacement Inspection Calculated By The Office Of Technical Inspection Are The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Essential Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
