The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize A 7-Day National Trip To Podlasie For A Group Of Seniors From 80 To 100 People From The Rudna Commune. Under This Order And The Quoted Offer Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize A Trip, Providing All Participants With: 1) Transport Of Participants To Accommodation And To Individual Sightseeing Places, The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Parking, Road And Climate Charges, Accommodation And Meals For Drivers; 2) Pilot Care, Guide/Guide Services; 3) Accommodation In Hotels / Recreation Centers / Agritourism, Meeting The Conditions Regarding Safety And Fire Protection, Hygiene And Sanitary Conditions Specified In The Relevant Regulations; 4) Meals, I.E. Breakfasts And Dinners, 1 Regional Lunch/Dinner; 5) Organization Of A Cultural And Recreational Program In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines.
