1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation And Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of The Soc (Security Operations Center) Service Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Consisting In Continuous 24/7/365 Monitoring Of The Infrastructure Indicated By The Ordering Party And Analyzing And Responding To Cybersecurity Incidents Detected During Monitoring Or Reported By The Ordering Party. The Service Must Enable Integration With The Ordering Partys Existing It Infrastructure, Enable Adaptation And Integration With The Technologies Used By The Ordering Party In The Field Of Event Collection And Metadata Collection, As Well As Support Possible Automation Of Response To Threats. The Service Provider Will Provide The Required Infrastructure, Software And Necessary Resources, Along With The Launch, Implementation And Maintenance Of Systems And Security Tools Necessary To Provide The Service. The Service Must Include Mechanisms That Increase The Level Of Protection Of The It Environment, Including Enabling Ongoing Vulnerability Management.2. The Contract With The Contractor Selected In These Proceedings Will Be Valid For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion, Provided That The Contractor Must Start Providing The Soc Service By May 15, 2026* - The Commencement Of The Soc Service Is Conditional On The Completion Of All Stages Provided For In The Service Implementation Schedule. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Implementation Of The Service Implementation Schedule To Be Comprehensive If The Production Launch Takes Place On The First Two Mandatory Data Sources Connected, I.E. The Utm Log Concentration System And The User Management Module. Connection Of The First Two Sources Will Be Confirmed By Mutual Signing Of A Protocol Confirming The Positive Test Result And The Commencement Of Their Monitoring. *This Deadline Is Dictated By The Final Financial Settlement Of The Agreement For Support Under The Kpo, Under Which The Purchase Of This Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed. The Subject Of This Order Will Be Provided By The Contractor As Part Of The Remuneration Referred To In § 3 Section 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz) Continuously Until The End Of The Contract Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Service Implementation Schedule Within 10 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
