The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Flax Seeds (Sale And Delivery) For Production Purposes At The Seed Research And Processing Plant (One Of The Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party).2. The Ordering Party Separates The Subject Of This Order Into 2 (Two) Independent Parts, Thus Allowing The Submission Of Partial Offers For Each Of These Parts. Each Such Part Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Task. For:1) Part No. 1 (Task No. 1) - Consisting Of The Delivery Of 92,000 Kg Of Brown Flax Seeds;2) Part No. 2 (Task No. 2) - Consisting Of The Delivery Of 31,000 Kg Of Golden Flax Seeds.3. Description Of The Properties And Other Minimum Requirements Expected By The Ordering Party For The Seeds Referred To In Section 1 And 2 Above, Both In Task No. 1 (Golden Flax Seeds) And Task No. 2 (Brown Flax Seeds) - Provided In Appendix No. 2 Swz.4.
