The Municipality Of Providencia Requires The Consultancy Development Of The Architecture And Specialties Project “Enablement Of The Former Cesfam Alessandri And Consolidation Of The Santa Isabel Master Plan”. The Purpose Of The Consultancy Is To Develop The Architectural, Calculation And Specialties Project Necessary To Integrate The Technical File That Allows The Execution Of The Project Works. This Assignment Arises From The Transfer Of The Former Cesfam Alessandri To A New Building Located In The Same Complex, Freeing The Modular Reinforced Concrete Structure, Allowing It To Be Delivered Three New Programs As A Destination: Community Pharmacy, Senior Adult Day Center And Central Plaza. By Executing The New Program, The Consolidation Of The Santa Isabel Master Plan Is Achieved. The Project Is Located In The Block Between Santa Isabel Streets To The South, Jesuitas Streets To The North, And José Manuel Infante Streets To The East.
