The Object Of The Procurement Is The Transportation Services Of The Masku Municipalitys Schools And Daycare Centers And The Intra-Municipality Mail Transportation Services For The Period 15.8.2026 - 14.8.2028, In Addition To Which The Option Can Be Used Annually For A Period Of Two Years (1+1), The Customer Decides On The Implementation Of The Options. The Food To Be Transported Is Packed In Epp-Termo Gn 1/1 And Epp-Termo Gn ½ Transport Boxes Or Gn 1/1 And 1/2 For Hot And Cold Transport Wagons Suitable For Containers. If Desired, The Customer Has The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Hot And Cold Transport Trolleys At Different Destinations. In Addition To The Transports, Other Items That Cannot Fit In Epp-Termo Boxes Or Transport Trolleys Are Also Transported With The Transport. Masku Is A Hinku Municipality, And Low-Emission Transport Equipment Should Be Preferred For Transport. The Transport Equipment Used In The Service Must Be Indicated In The Offer. Internal Mail Is Transported At The Same Time As Meal Delivery. Internal Mail Letters Are Picked Up And Left At Agreed Locations Where There Are Mailboxes Or Lockers For Outgoing And Incoming Mail Near The Meal Delivery Locations. The Tenderer Has The Right To Use One Subcontractor. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Subcontractors Work As His Own. Companies Responsible For Subcontracting Are Required To Have The Same Information And Certificates In Accordance With The Customer Liability Act As From The Tenderer.
