The City Of Raasepor Requests Your Offer For The Framework Contract For Paving Works For The Years 2026-2027 (2028-2029) In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Quantities And Objects Are In The Same Size Class Every Year. The Procurement Concerns The Paving Works Of Different Departments Of The City Of Raasepor: The Urban Environment Sector (Streets, Roads, Parks, Real Estate) And Raaseporin Vesi. The Framework Contract Partner Is Selected Based On The Unit Prices, Quality Points And Winter Work Price Of The Accepted Offer. The Contract To Be Executed Is For Two (2) Years For The Years 2026-2027, After Which Two (2) Option Years For The Years 2028-2029 Can Be Activated Based On The Customers Decision. Approximately €600,000–1,000,000 Has Been Reserved For Paving Work Each Year. This Amount Includes New Paving Sites, Coating, Patching, Etc., As Well As Foundation Work. The Annual Program Can Only Be Confirmed When The Budget For That Year Has Been Approved. The Prices Are Linked To Statistics Finlands October 2025 Bitumen Price Index (2015=100), The Value Of Which And The Corresponding Bitumen Price Must Be Reflected In The Offer. Price Changes/Transformations Of Unit Prices Are Taken Into Account In Accordance With Section 10.3.1 Of The Work Program.
