Framework Agreements Must Be Entered Into With Two Suppliers (Parallel Framework Agreements), One Of Which (The Supplier Who Is Ranked Number 1 In The Competition) Will Be The Main Supplier. Assignments Are Mainly Awarded To The Main Supplier, But Mini-Competitions May Also Be Relevant. The Duration Of The Framework Agreements Is Up To Four Years. The Stortings External Control Bodies - The Civil Ombudsman, The Eos Committee, The Norwegian Institution For Human Rights And The Defense Ombudsman - Must Also Be Able To Call Off The Framework Agreements. The Framework Agreements Must Ensure Access To Legal Services For The Stortings Administration When The Need For This Arises. Relevant Subject Areas Are Employment Law, Construction Law, Public Procurement, Contract Law, Ict Law, Tort Law, Commercial Property, Privacy/Gdpr, Vat And Tax Law, Process, State And Administrative Law. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 5 Mnok Excluding Vat. - In Total For A Four-Year Period. The Estimate Is Based On An Assessment Of Future Needs And Experience From Previous Periods - In Normal Years. The Total Maximum Withdrawal From The Framework Agreement In The Four-Year Period Will Be Nok 7 Million. The Agreement Will Mainly Be Remunerated After Elapsed Time According To Agreed Hourly Rates. The Agreement Does Not Imply Any Obligation To Purchase A Specific Volume. Reference Is Made To The Framework Agreement /Ssa-R With Annexes For Claims And Further Information About The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement And The Annexes Follow Under Competition Basis Documents. Offers Must Include All The Described Subject Areas. It May Be Relevant For The Storting To Assign Individual Assignments To Other Providers Of Legal Services Where This Is Considered Appropriate Due To The Nature Of The Service Or Where It Is Necessary (E.G. In The Event Of Conflicts Of Interest And Disqualification).
