For The Spillway Of The Liljak Dam, A Pi Has Been Assigned With Identifier No. 00312.50.18, Targovishte District, Targovishte Municipality, Aleksandrovo Village, Type Of Property Municipal - Targovishte Municipality, Type Of Territory - Territory Occupied By Waters And Water Bodies, Ntp - For Another Type Of Water Course, Water Area, Facility, Area 2814 Sq. M. Pursuant To Art. 137 Para. 1, Item 1, Letter E Of Zut And Art. 2, Para. 5, Item 1 Of Ordinance 1/2003. For The Nomenclature Of Construction Types And The Issued Permit No. Rs-157/ 23.08. 2024, Construction Is First Category. A Complete And Detailed Description Of The Specific Types Of Work Related To The Object Of Intervention In The Present Award Is Reflected In The Prepared And Approved Complete Technical Documentation - Investment Project (Phase - Technical Project), With Attached Explanatory Notes And Quantitative Calculations, Annex To The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. The Implementation Of The Planned Main Types Of Work Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements For Constructions Under Art. 169, Para. 1 Of The Territorial Planning Act, The Building Permit Issued By The Chief Architect Of Targovishte Municipality.
