The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Periodic Deliveries Of Food Products For The Needs Of Dg Sun For The Following Specific Positions: Separate Item No. 1 Bread, Bakery And Pasta Products Separate Position No. 2 Milk And Milk Products Separate Heading No. 3 Meat, Meat Products, Fish And Eggs Separate Item No. 4 Perishable Food Products, Spices Separate Heading No. 5 Vegetable And Fruit Preserves For Separate Item No. 6 Fresh Fruits And Vegetables, The Contracting Authority Takes Advantage Of The Opportunity Provided By The Legislator Under Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And Will Award It In The Order Valid For Its Individual Estimated Value By Direct Award (Pursuant To Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop). The Total Value Of The Withdrawn Item Is Eur 11,000.00 Excluding Vat And Is Less Than 20% Of The Value Of The Public Procurement (Eur 11,100.00 Excluding Vat). *Minimum Mandatory Environmental Requirements For Organic Food Products. In Accordance With The Requirement Of Art. 47A, Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Zop And Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, In The Subject Of Separate Item No. 6 Fresh Fruits And Vegetables Are Included Supplies Of Organic Food Products That Should Have Been Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And For Repeal Of Council Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 And Its Implementing Acts. The Main Objectives Of The Order Are: - Provision Of Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food For Children In Childrens Restaurants; - Ensuring A Correct Regime, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Food Law And The Normative Acts On Its Implementation; - Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Children Are Fed; - Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. The Type And Quantity Of Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Indicated Estimated Quantities Of Food Products In The Specifications Are Indicative/Approximate And Non-Binding For The Employer.
