Works And Service Contract For The Development And Operation Of A Thermal Energy Production Center, Using A Biomass Boiler, With A Heat Network To Improve Energy Efficiency And Reduce Emissions At The Avellaneda Sports Technology Center.The Object Of The Contract Is The Award Of An Installation And The Supply Of A Biomass Boiler And Network That Feeds The Avellaneda Sports Technical Center. The Award Will Last Through A Global And Integrated Action That Also Includes The Supply Of Thermal Energy, The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The New Installation And The Energy Management Of The Buildings. The Global And Integrated Action Object Of The Present Contract Includes The Following Services: Service P1 - Thermal Energy Supply Thermal Energy Supply From The Corresponding Fuels (Slivers From Local And Sustainable Forestry Management And/Or Other Biomass Fuels) And Management Of Fuel Supply To Power The Buildings Thermal Installations, Quality Control, Quantity, Use, And Supply Guarantees For The Biomass Boiler. Service 2 – Preventive Maintenance. Preventive Maintenance To Achieve The Perfect Operation And Cleanliness Of The Entire Installations With All Its Components, As Well As To Achieve Permanence Over Time Of The Performance Of The Installations And All Its Components At The Initial Value. Normative Maintenance Will Also Last And Prevention Of Non-Renewable Fuel Boilers Installed In The Center Where Thermal Energy Is Supplied So That They Start Working Automatically (Depending On The Project) In The Event Of Biomass Boiler Failure. Service P3 – Corrective Maintenance And Full Guarantee: Repair With Replacement Of All Deteriorated Elements In The Installations As Regulated In The Technical Prescriptions Package Under The Guarantee Modality Total. Provision P4 – Adaptation And Renovation Works Of The Facilities And Incorporation Of Renewable Energy Technology (Biomass Installation)
