Beef Meat - Back Part, Without Neck And Without Flank. Chilled Category 1. The Meat Is Dense, Adding At Least 1.5-2Cm Of Fat. The Color Is Red, The Fat Layers Are White, Cream Or Yellow. The Appearance Of The Meat Is Dry, The Meat Juice Released In The Cut Is Transparent. The Smell Of Meat Is Natural, Without Impurities Or Extraneous Bad Connotations. The Meat Is Well Bled, The Consistency Of The Fat Is Dense And Not Sticky, St Rk 1759-2008. For Each Shipment Of Goods, The Following Is Provided For A Consignment Of Goods: A Veterinary Certificate (Form No. 2), Issued By A Veterinary Inspector For Animal Products, As Well As An Examination Certificate After Slaughter Of Livestock With Markings On The Date Of Production, The Date Of Final Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Regulations “Requirements For Packaging, Marking, Labeling And Their Correct Application.”
