In Summary, The Services Required Comprise: (A) Time And Attendance Applications To Manage The Following:- (I) Flexible Working Hours Arrangements (Ii) Rigid Work Patterns (Iii) Non-Clocking Attendance (B) Installation And Configuration Of Clocking Terminals Or Updating Of Current Clocking Terminals (C) Extension Of The Time And Attendance System, Including Installation/Configuration Of Additional Terminals In Other Offices As And When Required (D) Hardware Support For Clocking Terminals (E) Application Support (F) Additional Development If Required (G) Provision Of Both Cloud-Based (Dey / Dfheris) And ‘On Premises’ (Sec) Solutions.
