Refuse And Waste Related Services – Transshipment Of Packaging Waste From Argos 9 Owner Municipalities And 14 Recycling Sites. This Tender Must Ensure That Argos Owner Municipalities Live Up To Their Obligations Cf. The Packaging Order To Designate A Transshipment Site For The Transfer Of Municipally Collected Packaging Waste That Has Been Assigned To A Collective Scheme. The Agreement Covers Both Fractions Collected At Households And Fractions Collected At Recycling Sites. The Detailed Requirements For The Services Are Described In Appendix 1 Specification Of Requirements. Fractions Included In This Tender Include: • Plastic/Food And Beverage Cartons (Pmdk) • Plastic/Metal/Food And Beverage Cartons (Pmmdk) • Cardboard • Cardboard/Paper • Glass • Metal • Glass/Metal This Tender Must Also Ensure The Receipt And Sale Of The Following Fractions: • Paper • Books The Customers Requirements For Services And Contract Terms Appear In The Contract, Including Annexes, Including Especially The Requirements Specification (Annex 1). The Tendered Contract Has A Duration Of 3 Years With The Possibility Of Extension For 2 Times 6 Months. The Contract Will Be Awarded To One Supplier. The Estimated Value Of The Contract For The Entire Agreement Period, Incl. Option Period Is Estimated, Based On Future Expected Need/Based On Previous Consumption, To Be Dkk 35,000,000. The Estimated Value Is Purely Indicative And Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover. The Volume Can Vary Both Upwards And Downwards During The Agreement Period. The Ordering Party Has Chosen Not To Divide The Contract Into Subcontracts, As It Is Not Considered Appropriate, Including That The Division Will Entail A Disproportionately Large Coordination Burden, Including The Risk Of Interface Problems And Division Of Responsibilities. The Factions Originate From Household Collections In All Of Argos Nine Owner Municipalities. For Six Of The Municipalities, The Fractions Will Be Delivered Directly To The Transshipment Site With The Vehicles That Have Carried Out The Collection. Some Of The Municipalities Are Carrying Out, And Additional Municipalities Will, During The Term Of The Agreement, Probably Start Collecting With Electric Vehicles With A Limited Range. For Other Municipalities, The Collection Is Not Currently Carried Out With Vehicles With A Limited Range, Which Is Why The Fractions Will Be Delivered With Different Types Of Vehicles. Some Municipalities Will Take Care Of Transport Optimization Themselves, Including Transshipment From Collection Vehicles To Larger Transport Units Before Delivery To The Transshipment Site. Currently, Six Out Of Nine Owner Municipalities Will Deliver The Fractions With Collection Vehicles, While Three Municipalities Will Have Reloaded The Fractions Into Maxi Containers Prior To Delivery. In Addition To Fractions Collected By Households, The Fractions Named In The Agreement Will Also Be Collected At Recycling Sites. These Will Be Delivered In Maxi Containers.
